Superstar Ayushmann Khurrana is on a promotional spree for his latest movie Dream Girl and is all set to head back to his home town for the same. This will be the first time the actor will be heading home after winning the National Award for Best Actor earlier this year.
He is currently on a promotional spree for Dream Girl which is set to release later this week and will be traveling back to his hometown of Chandigarh for promotions for ‘Dream Girl‘.
Ayushmann Khurrana has been making heads turn since forever when it comes to choosing the projects he works on. Dream Girl is no exception, where he will be seen donning the character of ‘Pooja’ and will be breaking Gender stereotypes. The actor has received appreciation from fans and critics all over for delivering a stellar performance in “Article 15‘ earlier this year.
According to the makers, Ayushmann Khurrana was their first choice for Dreamgirl, given his choice to go for quantity and content hard films and the fact that he had experience with voice modulation when he worked as a Radio Jockey.
The film is already making the right mouse across the nation with the eccentric trailer and the songs Radhe Radhe, Dil Ka Telephone, Ik Mulakat and the remake of the popular song Dhagala Lagli. The makers also organized a unique musical promotional event recently.
The film is directed by Raaj Shandilya, produced by Ekta Kapoor, Shobha Kapoor, and Ashish Singh. Dreamgirl is all set to release on 13th of September 2019.
